I am an old soul that seeks the divine in nature just like our masters from centuries ago called natural philosophers and naturalists. My spirit yearns for natural connections with the earth, wildlife, and sustainable living. Garden Design – Schematic Design
[For Residents of Nevada]
There is a three step process that is done with sister company Earth Green Landscapes. A design fee is estimated per square feet. Example; 1,200 square of exterior landscape space as a whole x $1.25 per square foot = $1,500.00.
Includes initial site visit & consult, site analysis plan, hardscape and planting plan. This excludes installation fees. This process takes approximately 3-6 weeks depending on the current schedule of the business and scale of your project. For an additional fee, a Master Arborist will be included in this project for purposes of soil and existing vegetation analysis for properties with mature gardens that will benefit from the enhancement to include a custom prescription for their health needs. This process is scheduled at 50% of the design process. Garden design and installation projects will receive a detailed proposal for approval that includes additional details.
Garden Consultation w/ Nature Journaling Sketches
[For Worldwide Residents]
For folks outside of Nevada interested in enhancing your garden anywhere in the world. Starting at $1,800.00+ (depending on scale of the enhancement project-for conceptual purposes for guidance. Specific consultations are available too to meet their vision and mission.) / One (1) Zoom Call for 1 hour to go over the garden and the dream vision for enhancing.
Includes one (1) enhancement concept with three (3) sketches done nature journal style (and anything that comes up intuitively) and shopping list for plants and trees for their region.] *Specific details & information are needed from the client in order to design this custom consultation. Such as but are not limited to: photos east, west, north and south, garden elements they’d love to incorporate in their garden space, etc.
Nature Journaling for Homeschoolers
Host Children’s workshop in their own garden/school to create an outdoor learning environment with their journal. Three months in advance is required for scheduling.

Breakfast & Birding or Celebrate a Special Occasion with Nature Journaling
Tailored for folks who have the setting and space to host a nature journaling event with food and/or drinks. This can be held at your garden or at a restaurant's outdoor patio (Melissa has some great recommendations to host these parties with your loved ones!)
Two (2) hours to host an intro to nature journaling or simply to nature journal together all levels of experience with a hands-on style our founder uses with her journaling practice that involves the love of scrapbooking!

($50 non-refundable deposit upon bookkeeping)
First two hours $350, $150 p/hr after
Journals can be requested for a custom design for participants and scrapbooking & writing tool kits for an additional fee per person that can be taken home.
Nature Journaling to Understand Wildlife in Your Own Garden
Nature Journaling is a tool we can learn and expand our skills in writing, sketching (no-you don’t have to be an artist! What is that!?), researching what matters most to you in nature, and most importantly it is a tool we can use for self and discovery while learning more about your curiosities either out in your garden or taking a field trip with Melissa to your local Botanical Garden.
